Phil Trujillo (@thecoachtru), founder of Fortitude Athletics, was a fat kid who couldn’t talk to girls. As a result, he cultivated his gift of gab and since then has never met a stranger. In his lifetime he has experienced the dark side of the wellness spectrum from both ends. Once he got himself “unfat” and joined the United States Air Force, he inadvertently ended up on additional rations from being too skinny, all the while hiding the issue behind his physical performance and crushing physical fitness tests. All of that has led to his passion to helping people live life in alignment with their goals through nutrition through the help of Fortified Athletics. In this conversation we discuss:
