Next Level Performance is a leadership and strategic coaching practice based in Scottsdale, AZ. We work one-on-one with a select number of founders and leaders and who are seeking a strategic edge during moments where alignment is necessary and carry implications beyond the business and the boardroom.

Next Level Performance offers long-form, private coaching engagements shaped around each client’s context using our proprietary “AURA” protocol (A.R.A.)

A.R.A. has been shaped over years of guiding founders and leadership teams through business growth, transition, succession, and recalibration.

Engagements are typically 6-months in length and formed collaboratively, based on timing, scope, and readiness.The aim is coherence, internally and externally, over time.
