Aaron Hinde, co-founder of FitAid, lives life with intention! For a long while now he has disproven the myth that we possess the ability to live life with balance. He intentionally challenges that notion by choosing to accept that we are constantly focusing on certain areas of our lives more than others at any given moment in an attempt to become the best version of ourselves possible. That is not a balanced equation. Aaron has been through tremendous adversity over the course of his life both professionally and personally.
