Here is the LIE I told myself for years: my fifty percent is most people’s one hundred. Fine. Even if that is true, so what? What does half of you actually give the people you lead? Half. Your family gets the leftover version. Your work carries the same quiet drag. Playing small while calling it effortless is still playing small. Abundance does not flow through a leader who is only half present.
Full Expression Is The Unlock
You do not need more talent. You need to aim the talent you already have. Pick one thing. Give it everything. Stop scattering yourself across ten open doors and pour it all through one. This is where effort becomes effortless. When you channel every part of you into a single focus, results stop trickling and start compounding. That is alignment in motion, and it is already yours.
