Mycal founded Next Level Performance as a leadership and strategic coaching practice, and has created tremendous success with his clients for over a decade. He works one-on-one with a select group of founders and leaders seeking a strategic edge during seasons when alignment needs an upgrade and the stakes extend beyond the business and the boardroom.

Mycal offers long-form, private coaching engagements shaped around each client’s context using our proprietary A.U.R.A. Method.

A.U.R.A. has been shaped over years of guiding founders and leadership teams through business growth, transition, succession, and recalibration.

Engagements are typically 6-months in length and formed collaboratively, based on timing, scope, and readiness.The aim is coherence, internally and externally, over time.
