I am a leadership strategist for founders and the companies they built. My practice is aligned leadership advisory. I align the founder, develop the leadership tier, and architect the cultural continuity that carries the business through scale and succession. An aligned leader is powerful. An aligned organization is a force multiplier. Since 2011 I have advised more than 4,000 leaders. I take on a select few founder-led companies at a time.
